Originally from the Northern Virginia area, Allysa M. Miller relocated to the Outer Banks of North Carolina after attending Radford University. She excelled in a 7 year career as a local Insurance Agent before making the move real estate to work with clients she enjoyed assisting most, homeowners. In 2019 she became a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Agent & REALTOR®, guiding the way for nearly 100 clients to the closing table.

As a Real Estate Agent in a mainly investment property and second home market, clients were often closing out of the Outer Banks area by way of a Certified Signing Agent. While more convenient than traveling, this left buyers and sellers to sign documents without any of the professionals that had been there with them from the start.

Allysa’s goal at Waveside Signings is to bridge the gap, by offering the opportunity for borrowers and homeowners to meet with the professions they trust. Lenders, attorneys and real estate agents have the option to meet together virtually at the closing table for a secure and seamless settlement with a dual industry, experienced Signing Agent.
